ORDERING AND PICK UP

How do I order online?
Easy as reeling in a flathead on a calm day! Just scroll through our seafood menu, pop what you like into your cart, choose a day for pick-up, and check out.

 

When's the cut-off for the following day ordering? 

Order cut-off time for next day pick up is 10pm.

For example, if you place an order before 10pm on the 1st January, you can pick up your order the next day on 2nd January between 10am and 4pm. If no pick up times are available, feel free to call our store as we may be able to assist further 02 6686 2187.

Pick up is available between 10am - 4pm the following day.

 

Can I order ahead?
Absolutely! You can book your order up to 14 in advance – perfect if you’ve got a BBQ or special dinner planned.

 

Where do I collect my order?
Swing by 480 River Street, West Ballina (though our shop entry door) at your pick-up time and head to the counter marked “Online Orders Pick-Up” – we’ll be waiting with your seafood packed and chilled.

 

What do I bring with me?
Just your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) and a smile! A cooler bag or esky is a good idea if you’re heading home slowly.


ABOUT OUR SEAFOOD

Is it fresh or frozen?
Most of our seafood is caught fresh daily. Some items are snap-frozen at sea to lock in the flavour – we’ll always let you know in the product description.

 

How should I store it after pick-up?
If you’re more than 30 minutes from home, we recommend a cooler bag. Once home, pop it straight into the fridge or freezer to keep it at its best.

 

Can you clean it for me?
Yes, we can! Just tick the prep option when ordering and we’ll have it ready – no mess for you.


PAYMENTS & CHANGES

What payments do you take?
We accept all major cards. Visa, Mastercard, Amex. We also accept PayPal.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel, call us at by 8am the day of pick-up. Because seafood is perishable, late cancellations may not be refundable.

 

What if something’s wrong with my order?
Give us a call right away on 0266 862 187 – we’ll fix it fast. We want you happy and well-fed.

Do you offer sustainably caught options?
Yes – keep an eye out for items marked as local wild-caught or sustainably farmed.

Do you deliver?
Not yet – we’re starting with click & collect so we can keep things super fresh. Delivery will be on the horizon!

 

Do you do bulk orders?
We sure do! Call us for party orders, or anything special you’ve got in mind.
